Ed Kaiserian

Mr. Kaiserian is an experienced executive with over 25 years in the technology industry, having provided information technology services and products to the life sciences, financial, research and manufacturing industries. His depth of knowledge and experience in the professional services business enable him to provide leadership in every aspect of the business.

Prior to joining SaberSource, Mr. Kaiserian's services experiences include COO with Prime Technology Group, a global application development and software product engineering firm, Vice President Strategic Services and VP Sales with First Consulting Group (NASDAQ:FCGI), sales, delivery and general management roles with Integrated Systems Consulting Group where he was a member of the executive team that took the company public, Director with Pinkerton Computer Consultants Inc., and Managing Director in talent acquisition with Source Services, now Kforce (NASDAQ:KFRC). Mr. Kaiserian’s product experiences include CEO of Home Builders Software and Regional Sales Director for nCircle Network Security. Mr. Kaiserian started his career with the Bethlehem Steel Corporation, having graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Jeff Lipson

Mr. Lipson is an experienced business manager with over 15 years of professional and entrepreneurial leadership. Before founding SaberSource, Mr. Lipson held various top managerial positions including Chief Information Officer for Parente Randolph, an accounting and services company based in Philadelphia and Director of Technology for United Messaging and Analytical Graphics, both early-stage entrepreneurial technology companies in the Delaware Valley.

A Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve, Lipson served in Falluja, Iraq 2004-2005 leading civil affairs teams in reconstruction efforts throughout Al Anbar province.

Mr. Lipson graduated from Villanova University and has a Masters in Information Technology from Pennsylvania State University.
