SaberSource’s Board of Advisors is a specialized team of industry veterans with extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and support, industry best practices, and executive management.
 
     
  Cindy Allen, Chief Information Officer, Parent Randolph  
  With more than 17 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Ms. Allen is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and member of the Information Systems Security Association. Ms. Allen has served as an advisory board member for CHI Institute in Springfield, PA and the President and Board Member of the State Farm Pennsylvania Federal Credit Union.  
     
  Brian Jenkins, Director of Information Technology, Lincoln Financial  
  Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Masters in Computer Design, Masters in Software Engineering, and an MBA in New Ventures and Entrepreneurial Studies. Brian developed and established Delaware Investments technology organization building it to become a recognized model of best practice for the financial industry. From 1999 to 2002 Brian was the Director of Operations for United Messaging building and running a startup 24x7 network operations center and helpdesk supporting a global client base. Rejoining Delaware Investments in 2002 Brian moved through the business gaining product and operational experience. He now directs IT strategy and enterprise business solution development. Brian began his career in 1987 with Delaware Investments and served as the Vice President of Technology and Chief Technologist. He is currently pursuing qualification for a Chartered Financial Analyst and now focuses his 20+ years of business and IT knowledge to develop and implement strategic initiatives within Delaware Investments.  
     
  Andrew Lexa, Director of Information Technology, Dechert  
 

Mr. Lexa has 24 years of experience as the head of Information Technology in legal, pharmaceutical, financial services, and software development firms.  He currently directs IT resources at Dechert, LLP, a prestigious global law firm with 18 offices and 2,400 employees.  Mr. Lexa graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lehigh University after 3 1/2 years of study.

  
     
  Thomas Reidy, Director of Information Technology, United Health Group  
  Mr. Reidy has extensive experience in the management of IT operations including database development and support, Web farms, audit compliance, security, helpdesk/ITSM support and internal data centers. Mr. Reidy has held executive positions with the U.S. Navy, United Messaging, and Analytical Graphics.
